To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following conditions:
Items that are damaged or defective upon arrival are eligible for a replacement or a full refund. Please see Section 4 for details.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you via email that we have received it. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that processing times can vary depending on your card issuer’s policies.
If you haven’t received a refund after the specified period, please first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@vitanzapatch.com.
If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping or is otherwise defective, please contact us at sales@vitanzapatch.com within
2 working days after delivery
of delivery. To expedite the process, please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged or defective product.
We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund for the item.
The following items are not eligible for a refund:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
If we are providing a replacement for a damaged or defective item, Vitanza Patch will cover all associated shipping costs.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a damaged item for the same product, please contact us at sales@vitanzapatch.com.
